Car: 50,000 old used car to 1,800,000 pesos for new Ford Ranger.

Motorcycle new can be bought for around 50,000 pesos. Chinese or Taiwan.

Don't buy an owner jeep. Too many problems. You're swimming when it rains and hard to go shopping because of theft.

Apts: rentals for houses can still be had for around 5,000 pesos, but the area would keep me up at night with one eye open. If you have the money live in a subd for around 10,000 pesos or more 16,000. Security usually charges 300 a month. Average monthly rent is around 7,500. Depends on what area. Diamond and Mountain View are cheaper.

Garbage: is around 80 peso's for pick up monthly.

Newspaper delivery: 500 pesos monthly. Philippine Star

Cable: is now 505 peso's premium package.52 channels

Gas: 500 peso to 1000 peso per week. I have an SUV V-6.

Meats at the market. 1000 pesos a week. I don't get my meats at Brettos any more. Includes shrimps, steaks, chicken, pork, fish, vegetables.

Phone load for cell phone. 1000 to 1,500 per month. Average.

Cell phone costs around 4,500. This is a necessity. I have Nokia, but you can buy cheaper.

Internet 1,000 monthly.

Water bill: 250-500 monthly. Two people with washing machine.

Electric. With aircon 5,000 on up, and no aircon with fan 600-1,000 pesos only.

LPG prices 300 to 350 pesos, needs refilling every 3 or more months.

Mailbox at RAO: 100 pesos per month. Angeles mail service is 200 p monthly.

Your entertainment costs are entirely dependent upon you.
A barfine is cheaper than a live in girlfriend.

If you move a girl in prepare for spending on the following:
1) Teeth overhaul: cavities, cleanings, etc.
2) Set of new clothes.
3) Medical check-up for girl
4) Hygiene pack. Listerine is a wonderful thing and floss!!!
5) Family emergencies. Can be atmospheric prices.
6) Family visits. Usually they show up without money to return home, of course!!
7) Daily allowance usually a couple hundred pesos.
8) Her entertainment costs.

Some guys live alone and just get girls come over for short time because they want their space. Others want a girl stuck up their ass 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They always need a girl by there side whining and bitching.

You can have it any way you want. I suggest getting place for just yourself that nobody else knows about, and then renting a small room or apt and bringing the girls there. If she is good and treats you right after a couple of months or a year then bring her over to you house if you insist on having a live-in.

Most foreigners are surprised on how quickly their beautiful young Filipina flower turns into a overweight pig oinking on the couch sucking down chips all day. Then the foreigner bitches about how they can't get rid of her, because the house is in her name, but she turned fat and he can't fuck her no more and now he has to go short time all the time. Avoid the above scenario!!! Don't get a live-in, just have a girlfriend at a distance. In the beginning they're great: sweet and nice. But, eventually they change into money-grubbing monsters.

The above prices are way way more if you are married and have kids of course. Schooling, transportation, clothes etc.
