SULLO'S REFUND POLICY

What the girls were told is that if a customer wants them to go with him and they have no intention of staying the entire night or if they have menstruation they MUST advise the customer before they leave.

The bar's policy is they customer and the girl MUST agree their intent prior to leaving.

G-Spot was closed because a "customer" (Set Up) was given a refund which the court construes as selling sex, yes it is illegal still in the Philippines. Both NBI and Immigration use expats who have been jailed to set up clubs by acting as clients.

The only way we can see to avoid being set up is to make it very clear to customers we are NOT selling sex, however a girl is free to escort you around town or to your hotel and what happens between two consenting adults happens.

If we offered a refund for no sex that says we sent her out knowingly to partake in sex and bang it's up to 25 years in the slammer for the manager and bar is closed.
