Margarita Station (formerly Margaritaville): 940 Field Ave. This is not a go-go bar, but a bar/restaurant hangout. It does a brisk business and is popular with many locals. Each and every day the place is packed with people. Maybe it's their clientele that draws in a crowd or their good food or their margaritas or the women? Having ended up there on countless nights after hours, (they used to be the only place open after hours for food), I have had occasion to sample their menu. It's very extensive. You'll probably find something you like. It isn't as lively after hours as years ago. It's effected by things like Pick Up disco, but mostly by cellular phones and the internet. Girls that have regular money coming in don't need to pick up a 3 am drunk to pay the rent. "Margaritaville: (sorry, just cannot use the other name) Still the #1 the place in town happening 24/7. Service a number one. Great place to hit late if you are still out in the wee AM hours. My favorite here is the Chicken Fried Steak, also any kind of breakfast really good, also prices look the same as they have for quite a few years. Also Filipino and Thai dishes." Mikey. "The best Thai food in town." Tourist Bob. "Let me tell you, at 6 AM, the only girls hanging around MS are either the waitresses (who aren't available) or a complete bunch of dogs." Dark Knight. "Whilst munching down some Thai food who should present himself none other than the infamous Noi Noi of the now defunct Cozy Cleopatra. Noi Noi is the shift manager for the mid-shift (equal in status and pay to the foreign managers on the other shifts) and if you ever thought you could handle your shooters try your skill with Noi Noi sometime." mjibbo. "I chose the meatball sandwich and was not disappointed. Nice big soft roll, lotz of meatballs and a tasty sauce. All complimented by the very cute and friendly waitress serving us." Jimmy R. Regina (10/2002). "The place is a restaurant. The action you want is in one of those brightly lit bar places where they have scantily clad women dancing on stages. Walk down Field a few metres and you can't miss 'em. They have girls at the door to direct you if you get lost. Just ask where you can get boom-boom, they all understand that. Margarita has great food and that's what the place is for." Impeached (12/2003). "Management banned the freelancers, which used to be the charm of a late-night stop. Ownership is greedy and arrogant and the place could burn to the ground with them inside as far as I'm concerned." Longtimer (12/2003)

Magic Moments: Open 04/19/2005. Aussie owned. Hours: 10 am to midnight.

Matrix Brawn: Located between Limited Edition and Garfield's. "Girls at the Matrix Brawn warm up to their customers quickly. Attitudes of the girls are extremely friendly. Girls can be wild and fun." Don (01/2005)

Mirrors: "Hereby some facts of Mirrors Bar: Open hours from 09.00 am to 03.00 am. Dancers start at: 06.00 pm to 03.00 am. Music: by DJ and sometimes on weekends live music. Drinks: all kinds of local and import alcohol, Beer Pesos 45 and Rum Coke Pesos 45, for example. Food 24h service: Full menu. Daily at 10.00pm: Japanese Sushi plates are available for 50 Pesos per plate. Nice pool table." Gernot (07/2003). "Mirrors is a maintream GoGo bar, complete with bikini-clad dancers on a low-constructd stage. The decor is the same as before. If you like RED color then that is the only color in the place. Red is EVERYWHERE! It reminds me abit of Angels Bar on Fields with that 70's red velvet/fabric decor. Not ugly or bad - you just gotta like RED. They had about 15 or so dancers - that I could see. The dancers were mostly a little to chubby-figured for my personal taste, although they had maybe 2 or 3 adequately-figured ones. Needless to say, most of the girls were quite prettily-faced and well made-up. There were a few cuties that were extremely presentable." Norman (08/2003)

Misty's: This bar has been around for years and is usually worth a visit. "I love the sheer white tops on the dancers in the schoolgirl outfits. No mistaking the cup size here. Called one down for a drink. Cute and friendly, nice to talk to. We talked about barhopping and going back to the hotel. I finally agreed to a barfine and the mamasan came over. Right before I paid her the mamasan said "you know she is cherry girl?" I thanked her and said "no". The girl was nice but I didn't hang around long after that." Tomkat2000 (02/2002). "This place surprised me. I found 4 girls in this bar which I thought were better looking than just about every other girl in town. This bar has managed to get some real lookers. They seem to be doing good business here. Check it out." Grady Seasons (03/2002). "I love the see thru tops on the schoolgirl outfits. The first girl I asked about was cherry. The only other one who had my interest gave me a dirty look when I made eye contact. That was my cue to end my stay at one drink and I never made it back." Ohly (05/2002).

Monte Carlo: Closed after a fire. Reopened as Bunny Ranch. Same owner as Las Vegas. (03/2003)

Mr. T. Patio Bar: Pattaya-style beer bar. "This Mr T bar is not bad at all to sit and have a drink at; you can watch all the AC beauties pass by. Good service and drinks are priced at a normal rate. Only two or three street sellers tried their luck but were sent on their way quickly. This place is excellent to kill a couple of hours in the afternoon at and I would recommend it. Wayne Allan (10/2002)

Music City: Perimeter Road bar complex. Renamed Emotions due to a dispute between the partners. Sign still says Music City, but club is Emotions. "Jungle Jim and I visited Music City last night and checked out the "Music AGO-GO Nite Club" (Music City will be adding more bars in this complex in the near future!). The Music AGO-GO Nite Club got thumbs up from both Jungle Jim and myself. It's a real nice bar, well designed, well lit, nice staff, and quite a few girls (we think it would be a good addition to the Doghouse circuit). The Music AGO-GO Nite Club is located at the Fields end of Perimeter Rd..just before the America Hotel. It's got great daytime hours..it opens at 12-noon and closes at 12-midnight. Beer P35/LDs P85/TG P1000." Smitty. "Nice layout, but the music sucked. Drinks were good, and the girls were friendly." Michael. "Music A go-go (next to the America Hotel) opens at noon.  This is a nicely laid out club that has improved with every visit since opening a few months ago." JC

Marine Bar: Formerly Splash, Kosmos, Mudbones. Closed.

Mustang Sally's: Closed.
