Penthouse hotel & residences to re-launch once again

The Penthouse hotel & residences is relaunching their next construction phase of the 90-room condo-hotel.

Previously known as the Lexus, the construction of the 14-storey Penthouse building, acoording to its website, is planned to be completed within a year after having stood still for years due to lack of funding and court cases from previous owners.

After years of delay, its developers are convinced to have cleaned up the road to completion of what should be Angeles City's tallest tower.

A re-launch event is scheduled for January 14 at the site itself where questions can be asked about the project.
