Blue Nile: Open 08/2001. Same owner as Nero's Forum. The interior is magnificent. Lots of girls, good music, smoke machines. The problem is that there is only one place in the bar where you can see the girls. There are a ton of dancers. The place is sometimes very crowded, but the punters are mostly drinking with each other and you don't see a lot of them sitting with dancers. This is a must see bar. "Great light show. Waitress staff here was the friendliest in town and the best looking. Spent many hours here. Always a party." WizardzSpl (01/2002). "On a bar hop these days Nero's and Blue Nile are a must." Kersplat (05/2002). "Had a lot of attractive dancers, maybe even more than previously due to the closure of Nero's. Business was also slower here than normal, but it was still relatively early. Best place for ladies that we found." Tomkat2000 (08/2003).

Blue Nile Executive Club: Open 12/2002. Manager is Bruce, formerly of Illusions. "The main bar area is spacious but still intimate. About the size of Misty's, but here the stage is in one corner. Lots of nice lighting, bright, yet easy on the eyes. The only real serious complaint I have is the floor to ceiling mirror on the left side of the stage (when you are facing it) which the girls dancing near it seem to be hypnotized by and face it most of the time (not during the choreographed dance routines, of course). There is the characteristic large screen TV which ironically was showing a live camera display of the current dancers on the pneumatic stage in Blue Nile. I guess if you somehow got bored of watching the B.N.E.C. girls, you could always watch the regular Blue Nile girls, although you can only see the center 5 girls in the front row of the stage. All this comes at a price. Drinks are 70-75 peso, LDs are 150-160 peso. I don't recall the exact figures, I just know that my mineral water plus two LDs left me about 400 peso lighter. BFs are 1100 peso. The membership program was explained to me as such: (the mamasan and other staff need to be a little smoother in their understanding and explanation of the particulars, as they seemed somewhat confused themselves, although they tried gallantly) One of the Mamasans is a cute young thing. Very sweet. used to be a waitress downstairs at Blue Nile. Platinum is 13,500 peso for four years (does anything in AC last that long anyway? ) with 4000 peso of it given to you back in vouchers that can be used to pay for your consumption in the establishment. It was not known if that includes BFs when I asked. They should really have this stuff clearly printed up, including the cost of the VIP rooms. Gold is 8500 peso for two years with 5000 peso of that consumable. Tourist Pass is 1000 peso for one week. None reported consumable." Norman (12/2002). "A big disappointment. Better looking girls at Bananitas than here! Don't know if most of their lookers from before were underage or what but it was hard to stay awake watching this sorry crew of dancers." Tomkat2000 (08/2003). "The Exec Club looked like a Richard Simmons video." Jeff (09/2003). "Bruce in Blue Nile Exec absolutely my favourite Yank bar manager. He drinks like an Aussie." Oz the Pom (10/2003)

Bunny Ranch: Open 03/2003. The old Monte Carlo. Owner's name is William. "Lineup of admiringly pretty girls. The group on the right side of the stage kept a very active dance routine going with constant smiles all around. Super attitude. Waitresses were real friendly without apparent LD pressure. Teenybopper music selection. Ice-cold aircon." Norman (03/2003). "The new hot spot in AC. Consistently gets big crowds and may have even surpassed Champange in drawing crowds and having good looking dancers. One of the groups on stage had over 25 dancers (I counted) and I could've happily barfined most of them. Had a special birthday party for Daddy William so the place was even busier than usual." Tomkat2000 (11/2003). "We went to Bunny Ranch. WOW! Now this place has it together. Great music system with giant TV playing most of the songs. 5,000 girls approx in both shifts; magic girls everywhere - dancers and waitresses. Finding who to single out was the problem. I have not been out in a while and had no idea about Bunny Ranch. Service excellent! Dancers sensational! Waitresses magnificent! I thought I was at a party. I imagine Blue Nile and Executive and Neros hold top places in bars in town but let me tell you, there is a new contender. It might interfere with my bar hopping next few days as I have planned. I can't see me moving too often from the Ranch." Harro (06/2004)

Bananita's (formerly Lash): Completely remodeled with the stage now in the center of the bar. 15 to 20 dancers. It can get a bit raunchy. If you don't like loud music, stay away. "The next stop was a winner Bananita's was spectacular, mummy Anna is the best. How and where she finds these young beautiful girls year after year is beyond me, been there 4 1/2 years same bar different names, Lash and now Bananita's. These overly friendly lasses were the best and the words ladies drink did not come up once, so we brought plenty. The only thing was it was so good it ruined our one drink - one stop plan. Hard to believe hardly any customers." Homer (03/2002). " I have visited Bananitas twice in the last few weeks and have been kicking myself for not trying it sooner. They had a bevy of beautiful dancers on stage from end to end. Not just attractive, but downright beautiful. I was very surprised and impressed. A nice comfortable bar with good aircon and not-too-loud-music." Norman (12/2002). "Bananitas was an unexpected surprise. Quite a few slim, attractive ladies here. One of our better stops." Tomkat2000 (08/2003)

Bedrock: "Formerly Superstar, which used to be a sleepy but friendly small afternoon bar tucked in among the mega bars Nero's and Blue Nile. The exterior has been completely redone with the now most-imitated single exterior décor element in AC today: Faux stone work. They have these unusual light fixtures out front which look like interior fixtures and seem out of place with the prehistoric/rock theme. But there I go, nitpicking again. The interior has basically the same layout as the original Superstar except the booth configuration has changed. The finishing is very nice and attractive. There seems to be more girls around, both dancers and waitresses than the original Superstar. The staff was extremely friendly with a fairly decent lineup of girls. The place had a good number of customers at the time and the atmosphere felt fun and comfortable. The bar is really nice and a welcome retreat for those wishing to take a break from the bigger bars in the vicinity. I will definitely go in there again. And yes, the mature door girl I BFd from there was terrific. Top quality personality, attitude and performance." Norman (12/2002). "Tried out my luck at Bedrock. Met a super lady. Ready to barfine. Guess what? Correct, cherry girl!!!! They have 4 cherry girls working here so be warned." Tomkat2000 (02/2003). "Whilst not overly busy Bedrock had its fair share of customers everytime I visited. Beers always cold, some cute girls there, music ok and Tom doesn't mind sending you a round. Good bar all round in my opinion." Jeffrey (11/2003). "There are 2 Toms at bedrock: the manager formerly of Dirty Duck and G-Spot and the other Tom is the owner (Australian)." Oz the Pom (11/2003). "The place is small, but there were a few cuties in there. I sat at the stage and before too long one of the dancers starts showing hers tits and then a flash goes off. An immensely rotund guy, whose tailor must be some Bedouin tent maker, is the photographer. The dancer runs away, but quickly returns for more. Blobo is joined by a slimmer sidekick with a digital camcorder and they get another dancer to join in and then get them to doing body shots with each other while they capture it digitally. Laurel and Hardy had been sitting with two others, one of which I thought was the manager, and all was in the open and willing done so I just sat back to enjoy the show. After the recording of a few body shots another guy with a 115 inch waist walks past as if leaving, but then turns and aggressively shoves the two guys with cameras. Words are exchanged and then more shoving and some lame assed attempted punching takes place. I become alert to danger, but it is just far enough away from me that I am not too concerned, at least not until one guy grabs the stool next to the one I am sitting on and swings it around trying to whirlwind one on Blobo2. At that point a Korean customer, the girl he had just barfined (and a cutie she was) and I bolted for third row ringside in the back of the bar. Laurel and Hardy were now getting help so Blobo2 quickly retreated out the door. I made sure the dust had settled, then slugged down the rest of my beer and left. Assuming this is not a common occurrence, the cuties in the place make it worth a look." Ohly (12/2003)

Black Jack: Renovated in 2000. Karaoke. Owner is a Norwegian named Atle. It attracts the German/Swiss crowd. Try the restaurant.

Black Pearl: 10 girls. These girls are a little older, but have the reputation of being very good. Sonya is the owner and mamasan. "Of all the bars in A Santos St the Black Pearl is my favourite. The girls never give up trying to get you to sample the joys of a BJ, but if you say no and do not weaken its not a bad spot to stop for a couple of drinks in the afternoon. Don't get me wrong have nothing against a good BJ but my needs were taken care of elsewhere. So did not feel the need to sample their special talents, others have said that the girls here are very good in this skill, as well as the two at a time offer that was made quiet a few times while I was there. For just sitting and talking as you drink a cold one this is a pretty good bar. For the guys who sometimes wants to get away from the big places on Fields Ave for a change of pace. The Black Pearl can be a pleasant change of pace no music no dancers just you and 3 or 4 girls passing the time of day away. Only once while I was their did a other customer visit the bar mostly I was the only one there." Wayne Allen (05/2002)

Blueberry Hill: Private Dancer Too, later named Exotica, was split into two bars. The left half is Hollywood and the right half is Blueberry Hill. "I had never heard of this bar before two nights ago. Anyway, I found out Juhn a karaoke singer I had heard before was singing there. So I took my new honeyko there last night and had a great time. The bar is well set up and the staff good. The girls on stage were not bad either. I would recommend this bar especially taking a honeyko for the karaoke. It's situated right next to Orchid Inn." stealth101 (05/2003)

Blue Boar Inn: Located off Santol Rd. nearby the VFW, they have a small bar with a pool table plus a couple of GROs. There is a small hotel attached, so you don't have to go far to have some fun.

Blue Fox (formerly Temptation, Giant): Closed. Reopened as Ziggy's.

Blue Parrot: "Only a few girls, but the one I sampled was top notch in all respects." Patrick (04/2003). "They've only got 5 girls working, and very seldom are they all there at the same time. They are the best girls to short time on blow row. The worst girl at Blue Parrot is better than any other girl on Santos." 007andahalf (01/2004)

Brown Sugar (formerly Ziggy's): Open 02/2001. Newest addition to the Champagne Group of bars. Completely remodeled. The owner, Horst, is using the same formula he uses at Champagne. He packs the stage with girls of only average appearance. At one time he had the usual assortment of great looking waitresses, but now they are average. Mommy Jinky left KOD to join them and took several stunners with her, but they recently returned to Mo's Group (08/2002). "This is definitely an up and coming bar. The makeover from the old Ziggy's is startling. The atmosphere is very warm and comfy--kind of lounge-like. Good lineup of dancers, and very attentive wait staff. As word gets out I think this will become one of the most popular bars in town." Jungle Jim. "'Brown Shu-GAR, come inside sir'. And come inside we do. It's kinda quiet customer-wise but a stage packed full o' honeys. I made a mistake that after 2 years of bar hopping I should know better. I asked for a vodka and cranberry. 5 minutes later that's what I got. One glass of vodka, and one cranberry. Cute." F A (05/2002)

Bubbles: GRO, Perimeter Road bar. "I found quite a few really cute girls in there! The last time I was in there about 8 months ago the selection was somewhat limited, but that has changed." Glupidio (03/2002). "Stopped in Bubbles on Perimeter road today and was quite pleased. Nice small cozy bar with good air con and friendly girls and a nice mama-san. In the same building as the Runway. Opens at 11:00 am and closes at 08:00 pm, thats 20 hundred for all you military types. They don't hustle you for drinks and will sit with you and talk without you buying a lady's drink, which is only 75 pesos. Will be there again tomorrow." Dan (06/2002)

Buccaneer Lounge: Located upstairs from Treasure Island. It is self contained in that it has its own bar and toilets. The dancers rotate between down and upstairs, but the upstairs is much more intimate because all 3 booths have curtains. It is a member's club, but as yet there is no membership fee. (05/2003). "Buccaneer is open and well worth the walk up the stairs." Don (07/2003)

Butterfly: Located just a bit down the alley behind Illusions. This place goes up and down. Sometimes they have some great staff and other times it's atrocious. Right now, it's in between. One Saturday, walked into the place and all the seats were filled with Filipino men. We wasted no time in leaving. "Once a again, a place that I frequent mostly to play pool. They had a few more dancers than previously, maybe 7 or 8, but I couldn't recommend any." Tomkat2000 (08/2003)

Byrd Cage: Closed following a hostile takeover. Reopened as Bahama Mama's.

Bahama Mama's (formerly Byrd Cage): Closed. Reopened as Alaska Club.
